ShippingWe dispatch and ship orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. ELDE strives to have your order processed and shipped out to you within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1 pm will dispatched same day, others will be dispatched next working day. When your order dispatches and ships, you will receive a secondary email notice with details, and your tracking number if your method of shipping provides this, and a link to view this information online. TrackingIf your order validates for shipment with trackingnumber, you will recieve an email with easy access to trace your order.
DeliveryOur carrier delivers from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays in Norway. For other countries, please check with your local shipper or post office.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

ReturnsItems should be returned within 14 days. Our branded giftboxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. The original shipping charge is not refundable. If you believe there is something wrong with your product, the item can be refunded or we will ship you a replacement for the damaged item received.
