Please make sure that your name and delivery adress is correct before placing your order. Once your order has shipped from us, we can not make any changes to your delivery on free shipping.

For tracked orders we offer faster delivery. $9 in Norway, $13 in Europe, $15 world-wide. When we ship your order you will get a confirmation mail with your tracking details. Information available in the tracking process once it reaches your country will vary depending on the local carrier.


We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

To refund your purchase, please contact us with your order number at On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Are your product organic? We strive to use 100% organic materials and ingredients whenever possible. So, while all of our products are natural, we cannot say that they are 100% organic because not every natural ingredient can be certified organic, for example, fermentations, biotechnology, and other powerful natural ingredients. Our products contain 20-80% organic ingredients. We have chosen not to certify our products. Currently there is no uniform standard for organic cosmetics in Norway. However, almost all organic ingredients in ELDE products is certificed organic by EcoCert, Cosmos, USDA.

Are your product natural? Yes, our products are natural. Most of our products are between 96-100% natural.

Are your products vegan? Yes, all of our products are vegan. PETA has verified that neither us nor our ingredient suppliers conduct, commission, or pay for any testing on animals for ingredients, formulations or finished products.

Are your products non-GMO? Yes, we choose non-GMO ingredients for all of our products.

Do you use preservatives in your products? Product that contain water, such as creams and cleansers needs to be preserved in some way to be allowed sold on the market. We use natural plant-derived and food-grade preservatives in our products.

Are your products gluten-free? We do our best to source materials that are able to provide a certificate of being gluten free. However, for customers with gluten sensitivities we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use are 100% gluten free.

How long does a bottle last? On average our 30 ml and 50 ml products last 40 to 50 days with daily use, and our 125 ml products last 60 days with daily use.

When does a product expire? Our products lasts for up to three years after manufacturing. Products should be used up within 6 months after opening. If you find that your product has an unusual smell or if you see discolouration, do not be alarmed; our customer care team is here to assist you.

Do you test on animals? No, ELDE products are not tested on animals, and we never ask anyone else to do it for us. We ensure our products are cruelty-free every step of the way.

How should I store your products? We recommend to store our products in a place that is not too warm and shielded from direct light. It is ok to store our products in your bathroom.

Who pays for shipping on returns? You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do I have to pay taxes on my order? Norwegian customers have pre-paid tax. For international shipments, the recipient is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks.
